Mackrel Linguini

Ingredients: (serves 2)
1 Mackrel, filleted
1/2 Fennel, grated
1/2 Onion, grated
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
1 Glass of White Wine
3 Tbsps Horseradish Root, grated (or 3 T Horseradish Cream)
1 Lemon Zest
1 Small bunch of Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil

For the Salad:
1/2 Fennel
1 Handful of cherry tomatoes
1 Lemon (and its zest)
3 Tbsps Olive oil
Bunch of Parsley
Salt and Pepper
